Welcome to The Foundry

The sober living industry has failed the people it claims to serve for far too long. We built The Foundry because we were tired of watching it happen.
There’s a gap between getting sober and rebuilding your life. Too many men are expected to navigate that space alone or in environments that prioritize profit over people. We created The Foundry to offer something better.
A foundry is where raw materials are transformed into something strong enough to last. In recovery, that transformation comes through the work: the steps, sponsorship, accountability, and connection to something greater than ourselves. Our role is not to do that work for anyone. Our role is to support it.
We believe sober living should be what it was always meant to be: a tool that strengthens recovery, not a substitute for it.
The Foundry exists to give men in early recovery something simple, but rare: a safe, warm home where they can breathe, rebuild, and begin again.
We hold our residents accountable through structure, expectations, and consistency, because those things matter. But we lead with empathy, understanding, and respect.
Recovery is hard enough. Home shouldn’t be.
